Spicy Collard Greens

Ingredients

4 lbs collard greens

3 cups chicken broth, low-sodium

2 medium onions, chopped

3 garlic cloves, crushed 

1 tsp red pepper flakes 

Directions

  1. Wash and cut collard greens.
  2. Add all ingredients to large skillet with just enough water to cover.
  3. Simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve.
