3 medium red bananas

3/4 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen

1/4 cup oats, plain

1/2 tsp nutmeg


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large nonstick skillet. Cook on medium-high heat just until cranberries begin to soften.
  2. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  3. Spoon into bowls and enjoy or top with low-fat frozen yogurt (if desired).
