1 cup (8 oz) soy milk
1/2 cup (4 oz) 100% apple juice
1 container (6 oz) plain yogurt
1 medium banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Cover and blend on high speed until smooth (approximately 30 seconds).
- Serve immediately.
