Herbed Brussels Sprouts

Toss this simple Brussels sprouts recipe in the microwave for a speedy side dish!

1- 16 oz frozen bag Brussels sprouts

1/8 tsp mustard powder 

1/8 tsp ground cumin

2 Tbsp water 


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 Tbsp water and Brussels sprouts. Cover. Heat for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Mix mustard powder and ground cumin together. Sprinkle on sprouts. Serve.
