Cranberry Chutney

Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving: 1/2 cup

1 cup cranberries

1 cup water

2 Tbsp non-caloric sweetener 

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground cloves 

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped 

1 medium apple, peeled and chopped 


  1. Simmer all ingredients except apple in a saucepan for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add chopped apple and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Cool. Serve.
