Carrot Raisin Salad

Try this creamy sweet salad on your next picnic!
Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving: 1/2
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups carrots, coarsely grated
1/4 cup mayonnaise, low-fat
1/2 cup pineapples or apples, diced
- Put raisins in a bowl of hot water for 15-20 minutes.
- Drain raisins and mix with other ingredients.
- Chill until serving.
