Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup raisins

2 cups carrots, coarsely grated

1/4 cup mayonnaise, low-fat

1/2 cup pineapples or apples, diced

Directions

  1. Put raisins in a bowl of hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain raisins and mix with other ingredients.
  3. Chill until serving.
