Banana Raspberry Smoothie

This tasty smoothie can be made with or without a no-calorie sweetener.

1 large banana, sliced

1/2 cup (4 oz) low-fat milk

1 1/4 cups raspberries, frozen


  1. Place sliced banana on a plate and freeze for 10 minutes or until slightly firm.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into glases and enjoy.
