Fruit Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cabbage, head of, shredded
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, packed in juice, drained
  • 1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar apple, seeded
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Shred cabbage
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
