Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups applesauce, unsweetened

1 cup apple juice

1 cup orange juice

2 Tbsp honey

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.   Pour into a glass and serve.
