Baby Corn w/Carrots

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups baby carrots

1/2 cup water

1 tsp honey

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups baby corn, husked

1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil.  Add carrots, honey and salt. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add baby corn and parsley then cook an additional 5 minutes, adding more water if necessary.  Serve.
