Hearty garbanzo beans add protein and fiber to this easy side dish.

1 (16 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16 ounce) can French style green beans, drained
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and quartered
1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
- In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Stir gently.
- Pour dressing over vegetables. Stir gently. Optional: Chill for 2 hours before serving.
