Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving: 1 1/2
Think Variety; Think Color: Yellow/Orange, White, Green

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower pieces (approx. 1 1/2")
  • 1/2 cup Baby Carrots (cut in half lengthwise)
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets (approx. 2")
  • 2 tsp. fresh Lemon juice
  • Optional butter, salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions

    Place cauliflower and carrots in Glad® SimplyCookingTM Microwave Steaming Bag. Top with broccoli and lemon juice.  Seal bag.

    Microwave on High power (100%) for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes*.  Let stand 2 minutes before opening.

    Season with butter, salt and pepper if desired.

    *For 1,000 W microwaves (oven power varies, adjust times accordingly)
