Steamed Mixed Veggies
Looking for a quick veggie side dish? You've found it!
- 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower pieces (approx. 1 1/2")
- 1/2 cup Baby Carrots (cut in half lengthwise)
- 1 cup Broccoli florets (approx. 2")
- 2 tsp. fresh Lemon juice
- Optional butter, salt and pepper to taste
Place cauliflower and carrots in Glad® SimplyCookingTM Microwave Steaming Bag. Top with broccoli and lemon juice. Seal bag.
Microwave on High power (100%) for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes*. Let stand 2 minutes before opening.
Season with butter, salt and pepper if desired.
*For 1,000 W microwaves (oven power varies, adjust times accordingly)
