This recipe has "all day" taste but only takes "last minute" time to make!
1/3 cup Beef broth
1/3 cup Sour cream
1 tsp Minced garlic or garlic paste
1/2 pound Beef sirloin steak
1 cup Thin, short egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms
1/4cup Diced onions
Prep: Separately whisk together broth, sour cream and garlic. Cut beef across grain into bite-sized pieces (approx. 2” x 1” inch slices, ¼” thick).
Fill: Place noodles in a Glad® SimplyCookingTM Microwave Steaming Bag. Layer 1/3 of meat on top of noodles. Add layer of mushrooms, layer of 1/3 of the meat and layer of onions. Top with remaining meat and pour on broth mixture. Seal bag.
Cook: Microwave on Med-High power (70%) for 5 to 5-1/2 minutes*. Let stand 2 minutes before opening.
Serve: Season with salt & pepper. Mix well. Enjoy immediately.
*For 1,000 W microwaves (oven power varies, adjust times accordingly)
