Try this alternative to you usual Potato Salad recipe!
Ingredients7 medium potatoes
2 large eggs, hard-boiled
3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash® Table Blend
Place potatoes in saucepan with water to cover.
Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
Cool, cube, and place potatoes in large salad bowl.
Chop hard-boiled eggs and add to potatoes with onion, green pepper, celery, and sweet relish.
Make dressing by combining remaining ingredients.
Pour over vegetables and toss well.
Dust salad with Mrs. Dash® Table Blend.
