Roasted Red Potatoes

Liven up plain old potatoes with Mrs. Dash!
- 12 very small red potatoes cut into wedges (about 1 3/4 pounds)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash® Original Blend, divided
Toss potatoes with olive oil and 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash® Original Blend in a bowl.
Roast in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 30 minutes.
Increase heat to 450°F.
Sprinkle with remaining Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and continue to roast for 5 - 10 minutes or until tender and browned.
Each serving provides: An excellent source of Vitamin C and potassium and a good source of magnesium and fiber.
