Texas-Style Citrus Salsa

Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving:
Ingredients1 red grapefruit, sectioned and chopped
1 large orange, sectioned and chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1 cup (1 large) green, red, or yellow bell pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
3 Tbs. red onion, chopped
1 Tbs. cilantro
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; toss to mix well.
2. Cover and refrigerate up to several hours. Drain well before serving.
