Summer Fruit Salad

Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving: 1
Think Variety; Think Color: Red, Yellow/Orange, Blue

Ingredients

2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup blueberries
1 small peach, cut into bite sized pieces

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir gently to mix. 

Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.

Each serving provides: an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and a good source of potassium and fiber.
