Ingredients

1 1/2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

1 banana

1 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup (4 oz) skim milk

1/2 cup (4 oz) 100% apple juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
