Ingredients

3 bananas, peeled and sliced

2 large apples, cored, peeled, and sliced 

4 cups vanilla yogurt, non-fat

1 pinch cinnamon 

2 Tbsp ground walnuts 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Place in individual serving dishes and chill until ready to serve.
