Peach & Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat milk (or water)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 c frozen peaches
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 large ice cubes

Directions

Place ingredients together in blender. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
