Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 cup apple, chopped, cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, unsalted, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a serving bowl. Serve
