Spicy Apple & Pear Chutney

A great accompaniment to grilled meat.

Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving: 1/2
- 1 3/4 cup finely diced Gala apples
1 3/4 cup finely diced Bartlett pears
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours.
