Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving:
- 2 red grapefruit
red grapefruit, slice for garnish
1 cup mango, peeled and diced
1 medium banana, sliced
1 container (8 oz.) strawberry-banana yogurt, fat free
2 1/2 Tbs. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
1. Squeeze enough grapefruit juice to equal 1 1/3 cups.
2. In a blender, combine the grapefruit juice, mango, banana, yogurt, 2 1/2 tablespoons honey, vanilla, and crushed ice and puree until thick and smooth.
3. Sweeten with additional honey, if desired. Pour into glasses and garnish with the grapefruit slices.
