Cups of Fruits and Vegetables per Serving: 1
3 medium red bananas
¾ cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
¼ cup oats, plain
½ tsp nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients in a large nonstick skillet. Cook on medium-high heat just until cranberries begin to soften.
- Remove from heat; cool slightly.
- Spoon into bowls and enjoy or top with low-fat frozen yogurt (if desired).
