Try this healthy snack on a hot summer day. The frozen grapes will keep you cool!

This is one of our own Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® recipes. It meets the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s strict nutrition guidelines as a healthy recipe.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4

Cups of Fruits and Vegetables per Serving: 1


2 cups green seedless grapes, rinsed

2 cups red seedless grapes, rinsed

6-inch wooden skewers

  1. Thread six grapes, alternating colors, onto each wooden skewer.
  2. Place skewers in the freezer for 20-25 minutes, or until frozen.
  3. Serve immediately.
