Cups of Fruits and Vegetables per Serving: ½ cup
1 cup cranberries
1 cup water
2 Tbsp non-caloric sweetener
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
¼ cup celery, finely chopped
1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
- Simmer all ingredients except apple in a saucepan for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add chopped apple and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Cool. Serve.
