Chicken with Lychee Sauce 

Serve this sweet chicken with brown rice and steamed vegetables.

This is one of our own Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® recipes. It meets the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s strict nutrition guidelines as a healthy recipe.

Serves: 2

Cups of Fruits and Vegetables per Serving: 1


1 cup lychees (about 20 large fruits), peeled and pitted

1 small red onion, sliced

¼ cup golden raisins 

2-3 oz chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

  1. Peel and pit lychees and slice onion.
  2. Arrange chicken in a small baking dish and cover with all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes. 
  3. Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables.
