This is one of our own Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® recipes. It meets the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s strict nutrition guidelines as a healthy recipe.
Cups of Fruits and Vegetables per Serving: 1
15 lychees, halved and seeded
¼ cup (2 oz) 100% orange juice
1 cup papaya, diced
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 cup mango, diced
12 carissas, halved and seeded
2 bananas, sliced
¼ cup coconut, shredded
- Combine all ingredients, except carissas and coconut.
- Arrange in a large serving bowl or individual glasses. Garnish with coconut and carissas. Serve.
