Lychees Fruit Cocktail 

This is a great snack to make with your kids!

This is one of our own Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® recipes. It meets the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s strict nutrition guidelines as a healthy recipe.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4

Cups of Fruits and Vegetables per Serving: 1 ½


2 cups lychees, seeded

2 cups pineapple tidbits (canned with 100% juice)

1 cup bananas, sliced 

¼ cup raisins 

1 Tbsp sugar 

2 Tbsp lime juice

  1. Peel and cut lychees in half.
  2. Combine lychees with other fruit. 
  3. Pour off juice and stir in sugar and lime juice.
  4. Serve.
