  1. Your article contains no citations and in fact contains inaccurate information. For example, starvation mode does not occur after skipping a few meals. It takes weeks. Skipping meals (here and there, not taken to extremes), or “intermittent fasting” is healthy. Don’t rely on your received wisdom. Do a simple google search.
