What are the best fat burning veggies and fruit to eat and where can I find this information on my own ?

There are not specifc fruits and veggies that burn fat.  However, fruits and veggies are low in calories and high in nutrients so they are a good food choice for weight management.  Additonally, fruits and veggies contain fiber and water, which promotes feeling full, helping to alleviate feelings of hunger that may lead to overeating.
