Virtually all whole fruits provide fiber, which is helpful for regular bowel disposal. Some of those that are highest in fiber include apples, blackberries, broccoli, grapefruit, oranges, raspberries, and beans (like pinto beans). Artichokes, bananas, green beans, blueberries, Brussels sprouts, sweet corn, cherries, dates, figs, kiwifruit, nectarines, onions, pears, potato, dried plums, spinach, strawberries, sweet potato, tangerines are also good sources. Remember, though, to drink plenty of water and to get some exercise (walking is good enough) to help provide regular bowel disposal.
