What constitutes a serving? Would one apple be one serving? How about a large apple or orange? Any help would be great. Thanks!

In general, ½ cup of vegetables, fruits and juices is a serving. One cup of leafy greens such as lettuce, and ¼ of dried fruit is a serving. For whole fruits, a small to medium piece would count as one serving.
