What nuts can cause inflammation?

Inflammation can be caused by a number of factors. In general, consuming a handful of nuts each day is associated with reducing inflammation.  However, some individuals may be sensitive to or allergic to certain nuts and seeds, and avoiding allergens is one step to reducing inflammation.
