Which nutrients are found with which color of fruits/vegetables.

The colors of fruits and vegetables may help signify that they are filled with nutrients that are good for you, but not each similar color contains the same nutrients. For example, fruits and veggies high in Vitamin A are carrots, cantaloupe, spinach and lettuce.
