You are correct that some fruits and vegetables do contain a higher amount of acid. This can affect each person differently. However, eating too many acidic fruits or vegetables is not “bad” for you. If your body does not react negatively to acidic foods, than you should not limit yourself! Just be aware if certain foods affect your body in a negative way and make sure to consume a minimal amount of these. If you can not tolerate certain fruits of vegetables, find ones that you can and enjoy them in a new way with one of our recipes.
