Is it good to drink mixed fruit juice or should I drink single fruit juice?

 

Q. hi i am 18 years old my date of birth is 10-02-1996 i started drinking fruit juices i used to bring fruits from market on every sunday, i used to make mixed fruit juice i used to mix apple,strawberry,blueberry,white grapes and milk.so it is good to drink mixed fruit juice or shall i make single fruit juice please tell me.

 

A. 100% fruit juice can help provided needed nutrients any time of the day. Drinking them as a combination or as single fruit is fine – whatever you prefer. You might want to blend fruits only because they each have a unique range of nutrients and beneficial compounds. Or add vegetables for the same reason! Try eating fruits and veggies in a variety of colors — red, dark green, yellow, blue, purple, white and orange. Because whole fruit is a better source of fiber and it’s easy to drink too many calories as juice, consider limiting your juice consumption to a cup per day.
