What are the benefits of eating dragon fruit?

Q. I do not see the health benefits of dragon fruit.

A. Dragon fruit is an amazing fruit. However, there is not a lot of research available on this fruit yet that identifies all of its health benefits. A couple of incredible health benefits that we know about dragon fruit is that it is a good source of vitamin C and lycopene. Dragon fruit is also only 60 calories!
