Q. Which nutrients does a tomato have?


A. Tomatoes are an outstanding vegetable! Tomatoes contain valuable nutrients such as vitamins A and K, and are an excellent source of vitamin C. Tomatoes are also very low in fat, low in calories and are cholesterol free making them a healthy snack or addition to any meal.
