What’s a good recipe for veggie + fruit smoothie?

Q. I have a whole food smoothie recipe that my hubby will drink if I can make a few changes to it. He is not a veggie fan at all. The recipe has kale, avocado, nectarine, blueberry

 

A. Smoothies are a great way to get in extra fruits and vegetables, especially if you want to mask the flavor of some of your lesser favorites. Experiment with a variety of fruits and vegetables to find flavor combinations that you both like. Avocadoes usually pair well with bananas. Kale and blueberries go together nicely.
