Do you have advice to help my picky eater gain weight?

Q. Good MorningI have a 12 years old Daughter who is a pre diabetic.she is 4 ft 7 in and weights 56 lbs she is a picky eater. She dont eat any kind of beans and a few veggies. what can i do to help her to gain weight? Thanks

A. I suggest you contact a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to help your daughter. S/he can review your daughter’s medical history, physical activity level, food likes and aversions then create a meal plan aimed at promoting weight gain. Find An RDN In Your Area
