Your situation is difficult, but not impossible. Did you know that when it comes to fruits and vegetables, all forms count – canned, frozen, dried, and juice, as well as fresh? Keep your eye open for special sales and for coupons. A nutritionist may be able to help you with your diet. A local hospital may conduct classes for people with diabetes at no charge, and many health clinics have nutritionists on staff.
