Are certain fruits and vegetables more easily digested than others?

Q: What fruits and veggies are easy to digest?

A: Certain fruits and vegetables are more difficult for certain people to digest versus others. For example, if you suffer from acid reflux or indigestion, you may want to avoid citrus fruits which have a high acid content. But this is best determined on an individual basis.  Overall, fruits and vegetables are normally easily digested by the body. Aim for including a variety of fruits and vegetables each day!
