Are fruits less nutritious when they are out of season?

Q: are fruits less nutrisisous when they are not in season??

A: There are no good and bad foods when it comes to fruits and vegetables.  Certain nutrients may be more stable in fruits that are in season versus out of season.  Most frozen and canned foods are processed within hours of harvest, so their flavor and nutritional value are preserved.  That’s why it is important to remember that fresh, frozen, canned, dried and 100% juice: all forms of fruits & vegetables matter!
