Are there any fruits or veggies that increase HDL levels? I know the more soluble fiber they have the better, but are there any others proven to increase levels? Thanks!

I’m afraid not. HDL levels usually increase with exercise and weight loss. Eating fruits and vegetables can help with weight loss and by doing so, improve HDL levels.
