Are there any significant differences in the nutritional values of Black Walnuts vs. English Walnuts?

English walnuts and black walnuts are very similar when comparing their nutrient values. They are both excellent sources of manganese and copper and good sources of magnesium. Black walnuts are also a good source of phosphorous (all based off of 1 ounce serving size). English walnuts also tend to be a little higher in saturated fat when compared to black walnuts.
