Can the Calories from Excessive Fruit and Vegetable Consumption Hinder Weight Loss Efforts?


Q. Hi! I’m trying to lose weight and always feel hungry.  I have been eating tons of fruits and vegetables all day long to satisfy my hunger and my question to you is will all these extra calories from fruits and vegetables hinder my weight loss? I know fruits and vegetables are better for you than junk food but I’m eating A LOT of them and was wondering if I’ll ever lose weight.  Is it possible to consume too many calories eating lots of fruits and vegetables? Thank you.
