How can I improve my diet so I don’t feel weak?

Q. I am male 38 years old I feel very weakness

 

A. Weakness can be caused by many different things. You should consult with your doctor to rule out any serious health problems. Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables and including daily exercise may offer a boost to your energy level. Drinking water, limiting caffeine intake and getting adequate sleep may also improve your energy and reduce muscle fatigue.
