Can you recommend low potassium vegetables for a smoothie?

Q. I like my spinach banana smoothie in m but have too much potsium. Ny suggestions to make a Semi sweet creamy smoothie similar in taste?

A. Low potassium veggies that might work in a semi-sweet smoothie are carrots, sweet potatoes, and cucumbers. You could consider cutting back on the amount of spinach in your smoothie and add a nut butter like peanut butter.
