Q. Can rhubarb be frozen?


A. Yes, rhubarb freezes well.  Select firm, tender, well-colored stalks. Wash, trim and cut into 1- to 2-inch pieces. Blanch prior to freezing or freeze raw.  For more information visit the Colorado State University Extension.
